Sony long avoided the GPS market, leaving munchkins like TomTom and Garmin to have all the fun and get all the chicks. Well TomTom beware: the Nav-U—maybe there's an aviation version called the Up-U (HAH! Willie!)—is Sony's first car GPS unit.
Highlights include a nice UI, 2GB HD, detailed maps, and sexy styling. No word on price or availablity, but when Sony takes on a market it likes to stay in the higher end. We'll see.
