Sony PSP Taxes, Robot Upskirts

Brother blogger Brian at Kotaku decides to rain on California PSP purchasers’ parades as he exposes a previously obscure application of the Electronic Waste Recycling Act, which according to initial assessments will apply to sales of the PSP. That means everyone in California has to pay an extra $6 (no big deal) when buying their PSP, but retail outlets like EB Games and Gamestop may not be ready to process the tax, which could lead to sales delays or fines (a slightly bigger deal). All this PSP drama and I still don’t have one.
