I mean, sure, technically we knew that Sony's flagship XBR-X900C Ultra HD television was a ridiculous 4.9mm thin the moment Sony announced it. Technically. But it's another thing entirely to see what that means: it's thinner than an iPhone 6 Plus.

Of course it is, you're saying. The iPhone 6 Plus is 7.1mm thick! It's just math! But wasn't the iPhone 6 Plus a pretty thin phone? Yeah.

Sadly, the entire TV isn't this thin—only the screen. The rest of the heavy duty electronics need to go somewhere, don't they?
