I promise not to deluge you with iPod shuffle peripherals, but it amuses me how quickly companies engineer prototypes for new iPod cases. It looks like the winner of the first iPod shuffle case goes to Speck Products, who already makes a mess of transparent rubber jimmies for the full-size iPods. On one hand, I thought the whole point of the shuffle was that it was nigh-on disposable. On the other, walking around with a baby blue stick on your neck is at least a little bit less annoying than the too-large white shuffle.
Singles of the SkinTight will go for $20, and three-color packs will be available for $30.
