Inspired by the sky-breaking Russian Sputnik (the original Cold War ‘Ping of Death’) comes this lamp from designer Marko Macure called ‘Spotnik.’ Put in an orange bulb and recreate the epic battle from The Lord of the Rings, when a ragtag group of scrappy adventurers were able to cast a huge splash of Visine into the Eye of Sauron.
