If you’ve already got a Treo 600, I’m fairly sure you don’t need much more convincing to upgrade to the new 650. But if you need a little extra push, or are perhaps someone interested in the Treo 650 who hasn’t been sure exactly how much better it is than its predecessor, then this Versus review over at X-Gadget might be worth taking a glance over. Although the faster processor and higher resolution screen are definitely the main two difference, there are quite a few more subtle changes that might convince you it’s time to take it up a notch.
Of course, there’s a good argument for waiting until PalmOne sorts out this whole bloated memory use issue, too.
