Today SquattyPotty, the company responsible for a variety of squat-centric toilet stools, recalled a portion of the SquattyPottymus, a toilet step stool for children resembling a hippopotamus.

According to the Consumer Safety Product Commission:
The top removable step (hat) on the recalled children’s toilet step stools can detach while a child is standing on it, posing injury and fall hazards […] Consumers should immediately stop using the children’s toilet step stools until they remove the hat.
Of the 2,400 units believed to be in the hands of consumers, SquattyPotty has received two reports of children sustaining minor injuries due to slipping off this unstable hippopotamus hat.
Customers are asked to stop using the hat portion of the SquattyPottymus, and can return the hippopotamus hat to the company for a $10 refund.
