T-Mobile Deutschland has announced the Sharp TM200, billed as Europe’s first 2-megapixel cameraphone. The tri-band GSM clam shell also has an LED flash and a built-in, SD-reading MP3 player, as well as a good-sized 262k color screen. And it has autofocus—I still can’t get my head around how that works with no moving parts. It’s relatively inexpensive at €150 (with contract, of course). I’m looking forward to seeing some of the images taken with its HAL-like camera.
