Ah, Comic-Con. A wondrous season in which a female Guy Gardner can rub shoulders with Deadpool and Oscar the Grouch. Here’s some of the more magnificent con wear we spotted in San Diego.

Some of these photos are from Norman Chan’s massive Comic-Con gallery. Thanks for the heads up, Norman! Also, for those of you who don’t understand the reference in the top photo, there was a flare up of fan rage in Hall H prior to the Resident Evil: Afterlife panel. Some genteel guy decided to stab his fellow convention-goer in the eye with a pen. Poor form, but devious impromptu cosplay.

In my opinion, anyone who has the verve to cosplay in a jam-packed convention center deserves a medal. We salute the following cosplayers for chasing their unique aesthetic visions down the rabbit hole.
