This has been kicking around in Japan for a while, but it looks like the Bowlingual, a gadget that purports to decipher your dog’s barking, is going to hit America this August. The sad thing is that dogs probably don’t really have anything interesting to say. Do you really need it spelled out for you that they’re hungry? Oh, and there are no plans to develop a “Meowlingual” for cats: “They are too unpredictable.”
