Artist Steven Tabbutt is an illustrator whose image of cats in bunny suits, “The Incident,” just won the Spectrum gold prize for best comic illustration. Originally published in Rabid Rabbit comics, the picture perfectly captures the way cats always seem to be on the verge of doing something truly heinous – in the guise of doing something truly cute.
