Anker PowerCore 10000 PD Redux ($50)
While there are larger power banks that can charge up a laptop, they aren’t really that conducive to carrying around every day. So when it comes to a portable battery that I actually want to lug around, my gadget of choice is Anker’s PowerCore 10000 PD Redux. Not only is the Redux one of the smaller 10,000 mAh battery packs on the market, it offers the convenience of both USB-A and USB-C ports, along with a handy indicator light that lets you know much juice you have left. It’s simple, it’s affordable, and it gets the job done, which is all I really need from a battery pack.
