Once anti-grav got cheap, it got really cheap. That’s when some social reformer types came up with what they called the Elevate Plan. They’d stop crime by using anti-grav to fly the slums right out of the city — which sounds great if you don’t have to live in the freezing wind 100 percent of the time.
