Maria Fischer, a German designer, created this book, "Thoughts on Dreams". She sewed "hyperlinks" onto the book with thread so readers could follow a specific link, er, word or phrase. It was part of an art project to highlight key words amongst a bigger story and somehow visualize "the confusion and fragileness of dreams".

A really creative way to modernize print, I guess! [Fubiz via Laughing Squid]

Wow, this new design is really frustrating! I just lost track of about 10 articles I was planning on reading! For some reason, every link I click redirects me to Gizmodo Brasil (yeah, of course I'm in Brasil...). But this has never happend. I actually hate giz brasil, but's that's a whole other issue.

And why can't I switch to the old blog view? That button simply doesn't work! And don't even get me started on the commenting system, wich completely denies "non-star" users a chance to participate.
