At the age of 24, you’d think Dallas man Jermmie Marquis Davis would’ve outgrown prank phone-calling, but as it transpires, he racked up $90,000 in calls to the Illinois National Runaway Switchboard—three-way-calling them with a sex hotline.

When The Dallas Morning News called Davis to get a comment on their story, he first told them he wasn’t going to talk without a lawyer, but that “I really don’t care because I have a girlfriend and she doesn’t care about it, OK?” I’m glad that’s cleared that up, then.

Davis is going to be sentenced later this year, where he’s expected to face a couple years’ imprisonment, not to mention being slapped with having to pay carrier Sprint the $88,738 in phone bills owed. [Dallas Morning News]
