So TiVoToGo works on laptops. From this (presumed) slip-up on Tivo.com:
TiVoToGo™ now you can transfer all your favorite programs to your laptop, so you can watch them wherever you are… suddenly business travel isn’t so bad.
So two questions: when are they going to properly announce it, and will we be able to watch TiVo’d content on devices other than laptops? I’d get a little more worked up about portable video players if there were an easier way to get legal content onto them, and since DVD ripping is illegal, time-shifting television is one of our best hopes. Well, that and a bloody revolution.
