Toshiba is releasing the e830 in Europe and Japan today, an update to the popular e800 series Pocket PC. There’s not one particular thing that makes it better than its previous version, so much as incremental upgrades all around, including a faster processor, an updated Bluetooth stack, more built-in RAM, and Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition. But really, why do we Americans care? Toshiba has chosen to ignore the US market for this one – I guess it wasn’t as popular as we thought, huh?
