Louisiana representative baselessly threatens Twitter witness with jail time

The former twitter employees testifying before the House members on Wednesday were thanked for their efforts by being threatened with jail time. In an exchange, Louisiana Republican representative Clay Higgins accused the former Twitter employees of “interfering with the United States of America 2020 presidential election.” Higgins then went on to say, without evidence, that the workers actions could lead them behind bars.
“This is the investigation part, later comes the arrest part,” he added.
