Two new Pocket PCs from Fujitsu-Siemens, the Pocket LOOX 410 and 420. Both have 240 x 320 pixel 65k transflective screens, Bluetooth and infrared, and SDIO, while the 420 alone has integrated WiFi. The 410 gets a 300MHz Intel XScale PXA255, while the 420 putts along with a 400Mhz version, both driven by Windows Mobile 2003. All in all, very nice looking, physically, but a little behind the cutting edge of internals (where’s the hot VGA screens or the Bulverde processors?) One nice touch, though, is the battery buffer that gives users up to 30 minutes to swap in a new battery after the standard 1100 mAh/10 hour one runs down.
