Virgin Electronics has launched its own 5GB portable music player called.. player 5GB? It’s not exactly a stylish, but it does work with Virgin’s music download store (as well as other Windows Media stores) and has a built-in FM tuner. And for $250, it’s in the iPod mini’s territory, obviously beating it out by a gig in capacity and with the tuner and all that, but it has a single additional feature that I wish every portable player had—dual headphone jacks. Maybe not at the top of the feature list for those outside of cities, but for as much walking as we do here, it would be nice to share music with a fellow stroller.
