Oath is an upcoming collection of comics featuring original LGBT superheroes written and drawn entirely by LGBT creators. The black-and-white anthology sounds massive: over 240 pages long with work from over two dozen creators. Oath editor Audrey Redpath just launched a Kickstarter campaign to fund the project.

The artists and writers announced so far run the gamut from mainstream creators to indie stars, including Megan Rose Gedris (Yu + Me = Dream), Blue Delliquanti (O Human Star), Rachel Dukes (Mixtape Comics), and Carey Pietsch (Adventure Time). Alex Law, who runs the blog Little Girls Are Better at Designing Superheroes Than You, is contributing a story, guaranteeing that the heroes will be dressed to perfection.
