I4U has some pictures of a purported “World’s Smallest 3G Phone” from China’s ZTE. Unfortunately, the pictures are just of the phone itself, so it’s sort of hard to eyeball a relative size. It’s about three-and-a-half inches tall (when closed, I presume), so that’s sufficiently tiny, I guess. Since the ZTE F808 isn’t likely to ever see the light of the American sun, I wouldn’t worry yourself too much about it either way.
