The New York Times reported this morning on Microsoft "unveiling" Vista, making it available to bulk business customers starting today. Blah blah blah. The most interesting part of the article was the photo of the always-entertaining Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer ringing the opening bell at the Nasdaq with one of his trademark goofy looks on his face.
