Electronic Cigar Not Something You'd Find in Monica Lewinsky's Underwear Drawer

Although it sounds like something you might find tucked away in Monica Lewinsky's bedside table, the electronic cigar is a SMOKE. Give it its full title, "Natural Wood Effect Electronic Cigar" and you would think that it belonged in Bill's bedroom, though. It works on the same principle as most electronic cigarettes—see how in the diagram below.

The Natural Wood Effect Electronic Cigar costs $76 and comes with batteries, recharger and 22 cartridges‐apparently the equivalent to 22 packs of cigars. Last time I looked, they came in either boxes or tubes. Or Monica. [Electronic Cigar via Nerd Approved]

The electronic cigarette makes a lot more since, since its just an easier way to get nicotine. Cigars are smoked for flavor - if you smoked a cigar for the the nicotine, you'd just buy cigarettes.

@fsusmithc2: I actually.. erm.. used to have a friend that did this with those Eclipse cigarettes. Take out the tip, dump out tobacco, replace with herbal smoking blend of choice, put tip back in. Worked like a charm... or so I was told ;)

Smoking at Work!!! Not since the 70's...

I have one and it is awesome!!! I can smoke it anywhere... Work, Home, Airplanes...

They also make a Cigarette that is easier to carry. There is no second hand smoke it is just atomizied nicotine.

One of the most knows companies is Ruyan. But there are a ton of Chinese ripoffs.

Can I have a version that is 100% fake? I want an electronic cigar that turns on in response to heat, turns off in response to being tapped against a solid object, glows red in proportion to how hard you are sucking on it, has you inhale nothing but air, and emits an odorless "smoke" from the tip that, like stage fog, does not stain the surroundings.

Basically I want a fancy prop -- like those bubblegum cigarettes, but more advanced -- that I can pretend to smoke after I do something master-of-the-universy.

That would be awesome.

@michaelportent: The flavor is kinda like a pipe. It has somewhat of a Vinilla type flavor. It is very nice. To answer a couple of other questions. The Cartridge is equalivant to a pack of Cigarettes. You get around 300 drags off of it. So about 15 per session if you are keeping track. I don't smoke very much so one usually lasts me a week smoking everynight while I play TF2. I got mine on Ebay. It came with a Case, Two Batteries and 5 Ruyan Cartriges.
