My favorite part is at the beginning, when he announced that the iPhone is in 2nd place with 28% mobile phone market, and he nervously waits for an applause that almost never comes. One random person claps once, then a few people clap, then everyone else is like "Well, I guess we'll just clap so he can get over himself and get on with it already."

Why do the Apple haters even bother to read these posts? I ignore all the Vista news because it doesn't interest me, rather than posting gleeful notes about how much Microsoft sucks. Maybe you guys could manage to do the same? Finally, I hate to burst some of your bubbles but the enterprise announcement is a huge deal. RIM is seriously bummed today, and expect Apple stock to finish the year strong. Biggest disappointment=No Flash. I'm hoping that will be fixed in time for the June release.

@popstand: if that was the case all around then the pot would never get stirred and the Apple Fanboi's would all get complacent in their own superiority_

Anyway - Kind of cool how Apple full out opened up the platform - in one move killed the future development of iPhone Update Cracks_ Doesn't mean that all of the hard work until this point has not been worth the effort as I would suspect that Apple had tried things their way and decided to bend because the tidal wave was just getting bigger and bigger_

i like this kindof stuff, and despite disliking apple i read the first two sdk posts. i just find it ridiculous how we have a full page of all this sdk stuff rehashed 20 times.

You are right, I realized it & did switch to Engadget for other gadget news...but are you sure you should be looking at Gizmodo that posted only 95% of material about iPhone, today?
