Audiowrapz, those cool, silicon Nano cases with a passive speaker incorporated into the skin, are to go on sale at WalMart. Although you can already buy them in several colors for $25 online, the press release says they're going to be available in the stores in just black and pink for under $20. They'll be available on walmart.com early next month. [Press Release and iFrogz]

ew, gross
Yeah, I had a transistor radio that could do that. The music was better, too. Whippersnappers.
Yea, they don't make Generation 2 nanos still, do they?
@DemolitionMan:
No, but this is for the current generation nano.
Thats one fugly case. The peakers are a cool idea though. I'm sure the sound isn't top notch but I wonder how loud they can get.
I have one of these (black, with tire-treadz pattern) on sale at Amazon.com if anybody wants it...
I didn't like it because it triples the iPod's thickness. The sound is actually pretty good, but since they use the headphone jack and not the dock port, it's not very loud.
It also blocks the dock port completely, thus rending my FM transmitter useless unless I dismantle the case.
Still, it WILL protect your iPod. It's quite sturdy. It consists of a hard plastic "sled" with speakers, covered by thick silicon with corner bumpers.
under $20 = $19.99
I don't have this one, but have purchased Ifrogz cases for 2 of my own Ipods and an Iphone and they are absolutely the best for protection. They come in great colors and the shipping time is quick, quick, quick.!
These are already available at my store at least
