Gemenoid-F, a robot, is co-starring in a Japanese play where she plays the role of a caretaker. It’s a director’s dream: the robot has no ego and does what is told. Here’s a video of her in action, or “acting”.
It seems like most of the action is done behind the scenes, with nothing pre-programmed, so I guess it’s not a “real” robot but some high end puppetry. Still, I think she has a future in this business. [Geekosystem]
