Apple filed an infringement complaint against Samsung and won an injunction that halted European sales of the Galaxy Tab 10.1. Unfortunately for Apple, the images of the Samsung Galaxy Tab it submitted to the German court were inaccurate.

Online publication Webwereld.nl poured through the legal filing and discovered the images of the Galaxy Tab submitted by Apple do not match the appearance of the final retail version of the tablet. Apple’s images show a short, squat device whose dimensions match the iPad, not the oblong tablet that Samsung released.
Most legal analysts believe Apple accidentally submitted older images and not deliberately forged images of the Galaxy Tab. Regardless, the court based its decision to ban the Galaxy Tab on this evidence alone and may reverse the injunction based on this new information. [Webwereld.nl via PC World]
