Sprint Tells Employees to Keep Pie Holes Shut about iPhone on their Network

When's the last time anyone got tangible information from a carrier's customer service representatives about a new phone? It's like worrying about Army recruits sharing the launch codes.

Nevertheless, Sprint is already putting the kibosh on employees talking about the iPhone hitting their network this fall via an internal memo. Employees have been instructed to reply "no comment" to questions put forth by customers. If a customer won't drop the subject, they can acknowledge that news outlets are reporting the rumor but to return to the old standby of politicians, "no comment." [LA Times]
