Texting while walking down the street holds many dangerous pitfalls: telephone poles, fellow pedestrians, pot-holes. Now you can add bears to the list of hazards.
Residents of La Crescenta, California have been on the lookout for a 500 pound black bear that has been lurking around town since yesterday. This particular bear enjoys scaring the pants of unwitting texters, as the man in the video above can attest.
The population can now be at ease knowing that the Department of Fish & Game has since located and tranquilized the black bear, and will transport it to Angeles National Forest. Text on. [KTLA]
