Dune (1984)
No Timothée Chalamet. No Zendaya. (Those guys weren’t even born yet when this version of Dune was made.) Just David Lynch making some choices (and having some made for him), and one of the most distinctly oddball sci-fi adaptations of the 1980s—or any decade, really. Stream on Netflix.
