First Tablet PC to break the $800 barrier. The Visionary V800XPT from TDV Vision has a rather small screen for a Tablet PC (just 8.4 inches), so it’s almost more like a large PDA, but it does have a 30GB hard drive, an 800MHz Transmeta processor, 128MB of RAM, a built-in digital cameras, and a four-in-one reader for flash memory cards. No built-in WiFi though.
