Until Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull came along, The Temple of Doom was considered the least enjoyable of the Indiana Jones films—due in no small part to the dinner scene involving baby snakes, and chilled monkey brains served in their own skulls. A meal you can finally serve at home, or at least a close facsimile thereof, using these faux monkey head bowls.
At almost $60 it makes for one expensive bowl, even though it does look a lot like the props used in the original film—complete with wiry hair. But if you've ever priced a full-grown monkey, you'll know that this is actually a pretty affordable alternative. It even comes with a matching skull cap lid if your guests don't finish their chilled monkey brains and they need to be re-refrigerated. [Firebox]
