A Look at the Most Insane Restaurant in the World

El Bulli: Cooking in Progress is a documentary about the most insane—and one of the most influential—restaurants in the world, El Bulli, which is closing this month.

El Bulli's the epicenter of where weird science met delicious food and postmodern art under the guidance of wizard-chef-mad scientist Ferran Adrià. If the movie's able to convey even a fraction of the technological and cultural insanity that happened there, it should be a fun, kinda wild trip. [El Bulli: Cooking in Progress]

So where's the meat? I don't think even a 4 hour course will satisfy the typical American. We're not fans of all the fluff and smoke they're trying to pass off as food. No wonder they're closing.
