These Acoustical Art PVC loudspeakers are hand fabricated, presumably in New York City, by a guy named Harvey Lee. Harvey’s a smart guy, graduated with honors from the somewhat prestigious Audio Technology program at the University of Salford—I’m therefore inclined to believe they have a fair chance of sounding pretty good. Acoustical Art’s selection ranges from the extreme (Flow-Premium, $2500 per pair) to ‘functional art on a budget’ (Hydro, $149 each, pictured). The models all appear to be quality stuff; if nothing else they’re unique.
