We’ve been calling I Am Number Four “Twilight with aliens” for some time. But this latest little FX and stunt featurette finally showcases the stuff that gets us excited. Extraterrestrial weaponry, katanas, superpowered flips, and ALIENS ON JET SKIS!
The movie, based on the novel by Pittacus Lore (the pen name for James Frey and Jobie Hughes), follows a pack of sexy teen alien refugees on Earth, who are all being hunted in numerical order. This featurette is the first time we’ve felt revved-up about this film, mostly because of the “aliens on jet skis” part — but the guns look cool too. Here’s hoping there’s more alien action and less alien kissy-face in the final product. I Am Number Four will be in theaters Feb. 18th.
