HTC is going to update the Pocket PC Phone (the one rebranded and sold by T-Mobile, mm02, and AT&T Wireless) with the new Pocket PC 2003 operating system. Hopefully they’ll bump up its RAM and improve the screen as well. But it’s doubtful.
UPDATE: Looks like sometimes you do get what you want. The updated version of the Pocket PC Phone, which mmO2 markets as the XDA, will have a faster processor (400MHz), a built-in digital camera, and optional Bluetooth and WiFi.
