Growing up from the early alpha build, Firefox 4 has entered the beta metamorphosis for Android and Maemo phones. It includes Firefox Sync (for desktop-to-phone favorites, like Firefox Home will be); add-ons and even the Awesome Bar.

Forgetting shiny new functions for now, it will also run faster and be more responsive, and include pinch-to-zoom for multitouch phones. It's huge. 42mb on a Desire means an app clear out. Mozilla face a familar challenge here, just as it's taken an age to convince most everyday users to move from IE it will be even harder to convince most civilians to move away from the default browser.

I use Dolphin and really can't think of any reason to switch, until Google sort out mobile Chrome that is.
