Oops. Last week, the fancy glass elevator at Apple’s new NY retail store got stuck, and got stuck extravagantly. The NYPD had to be called in to help evacuate the passengers, and two people got their hands blistered on the “hot lights in the shaft”. Only 45 minutes total were spent confined in the transparent prison, but it made a pretty interesting story nonetheless.
I wonder what kind of free gift they got as compensation? I’d gladly spend 45 minutes in there in exchange for a MacBook.
