The BBC has come out with iMP. It's actually not related to Doom at all suprisingly. It's for legally downloading and viewing BBC programs off the radio and television. The files come equipped with Windows-based DRM so they can't be copied and distributed (for the most part) and self-destruct after 7 days. Can't beat the price of free though. The service is geared torward portable media and the service is being tested with Orange SPV C500's with Windows Mobile 5.0. Gee, didn't see that coming. This effort by the BBC is probably to push torward more legal TV show downloading like Apple recently introduced on iTunes Music Store. Each 30 minute TV show is aproximetly 112mb. Not bad.
