Belkin has released the PureAV HDMI Interfact 3-to-1 Video Switch. That describes it pretty well, it is a hub that allows up to three HDMI devices to be plugged in and connected to your single HDMI port. The PureAV box supports HD resolutions up to 1080p. It also includes a remote control and a 6-foot HDMI cable. This box should be available in the states later this summer for $200. Having an inadequate TV sure does cost a lot.
