Cheer up, Blackberry owners. No need to worry about having to find a new wireless e-mail service, Research in Motion has settled their patent lawsuit with a $612 million deal with NTP. The agreement has been finalized in the courts and the lawsuit against RIM has been dismissed by a court order. Hooray, Blackberry!
