It’s official. Daniel Craig will appear in his third James Bond film (the 23rd overall). The spy flick picks up where Quantum of Solace left off, and this time around, Sam Mendes will direct, making it even more promising.
Mendes, who captained films such as American Beauty and Jarhead, was originally just an advisor, but is now in control of the latest 007 installment, which has seen delays as of late for various reasons. The script is still heavily under wraps for the still-unnamed MGM film, but Deadline reports that they’ll begin shooting in early 2011, with the film expected in theaters by November 9, 2012.
In the mean time, can we start placing bets on the tech that will appear in this film? I’m guessing lots of Android-based products will surface. [Deadline]
