Cats are dumb. A good dog would take one look at Takara’s new $25 Cat Attack remote-control toy, understand that it was designed with only pet torment in mind, and crunch it into pieces. Cats, though, with their split-second reflexes and ‘only brain in nature without long term memory’ will be betrayed by millions of years of evolution to threaten and bat at Cat Attack again and again.
