Police in Stockholm are giving special cellphones with built-in GPS to women who are thought to be in special danger from abusive ex-husbands or boyfriends who refuse to respect restraining orders issued against them. The phones have special red buttons, that when pressed, automatically alert the police to their location and that they are in peril.
