Looks like there will be a couple new kids on Cingular’s block soon: the all-in-one e317 [pictured] and the ‘little brother’ x427. The e317 has most of the features popular in the American market, including the near-ubiquitous integrated camera, dual color LCDs, and AIM or ICQ messaging, for $150. The x427, on the other hand, has none of these features. But hey, it’s only $50.
