Speculation over at Brighthand about some new gadgets from Sony. The first is that an updated version of Sony’s Clie NX70V handheld is coming out soon. Reports vary, but it looks like it’ll get a bump up in processor speed, from 300MHz to 400MHz, Bluetooth, and an integrated one megapixel digital camera.
The other rumor is that Sony is planning a new Clie that’s a significant departure from anything else they’ve done. It’s supposed to be a sort of camcorder Clie, with a digital camera that can record video at 30 frames per second and a 5 GB internal hard drive.
