A Small Air Fryer That Doesn’t Skimp on Heat
The feature Chefman leads with is Hi-Fry, and it is more useful than the name suggests. Most compact air fryers stop at 400°F. This one lets you push the temperature to 450°F for the final two minutes of a cook, which is the difference between chicken tenders that are done and chicken tenders that actually crunch. The same trick works on fries, wings, and reheated pizza, where the last blast of heat crisps the base without drying out the rest.
Capacity is 4 quarts, or 3.7 liters, which Chefman positions as the right size for two to four people.
