After facing numerous complaints from customers about the performance of their Axim X5 handhelds after upgrading them to the new Pocket PC 2003 operating system, Dell is conceding that there is a major problem and has stopped giving out upgrades and halted all shipments of new Axim X5’s with the new Pocket PC 2003 OS until they can sort out a fix.
