Did Apple drop the ball by not coming out with its own tablet computer? Sales of Tablet PCs are turning out to be a lot better than expected, and it’s assumed that a tablet Mac would prove pretty popular. Steve Jobs would probably balk at naming it the iTablet, it’s too obvious, and anyway, he’d claim that a Mac tablet was a completely different a Windows Tablet PC.
